Rise & Grind                                                                                                            An energizing early morning class designed for women of all ages and fitness levels! This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit training class will get your heart pumping and your muscles working, providing a full-body workout that emphasizes strength, endurance, and overall health. In each session, you'll tackle a variety of dynamic exercises that include cardio bursts, strength moves, and core challenges, all designed to maximize calorie burn and enhance your overall fitness. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each workout, offering modifications to ensure that everyone can participate and push their limits safely. Rise and Grind is not just about sweating; it's about building a community of strong, empowered women who support each other on their fitness journeys. Glute Camp
Glute Camp, a dynamic and empowering strength training class designed specifically for women who want to tone, strengthen, and sculpt their glutes, hamstrings, and abdominal muscles! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class caters to all fitness levels, providing a supportive and motivating environment. In Glute Camp, you'll engage in a variety of exercises that combine resistance training, bodyweight movements, and targeted drills to maximize your results. Expect to work with resistance bands, dumbbells, and your own body weight as you perform squats, lunges, bridges, and core-strengthening exercises that will leave you feeling strong and confident. Our expert instructors will guide you through each workout, ensuring proper form and technique while offering modifications to suit your personal fitness level. Not only will you build strength and definition in your lower body, but you'll also improve your overall stability and core strength, leading to better performance in all aspects of your fitness journey. 

Strength Training & Conditioning
This total body class is designed to strengthen your entire body and improve your endurance. This class includes strength, cardio, and core training for a total body workout.

Total Body & Abs
This is a total body class focusing on the glutes, back and yes, the ABS! We will work to strengthen your core, improve posture, decrease risk of injury and increase balance.

Upper Body Blast
An upper body focused workout created to build upper body strength, sculpt your arms, and strengthen your core.

Wednesday Warrior HIIT
This class will combine cardiovascular and strength training exercises in an interval style workout that will build muscle and aerobic capacity. This fun format incorporates total body conditioning into multiple "rounds" of exercises meant to challenge and excite you. Be ready to work hard, have fun, and sweat!

Lower Body Blast
Lower Body Strength Training, a dynamic and empowering class designed specifically for women who want to build strength and stability in their lower body! This class focuses on enhancing the strength, endurance, and tone of your legs, glutes, and core, helping you achieve your fitness goals and boost your confidence. In each session, you'll engage in a variety of effective exercises, including squats, lunges, deadlifts, and hip thrusts, using bodyweight and resistance equipment to challenge your muscles. Our knowledgeable instructors will lead you through each movement with a focus on proper form and technique, ensuring you get the most out of your workout while minimizing the risk of injury. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, Lower Body Strength Training offers modifications and progressions to cater to all levels. The perfect pair!! Total Body Strength Training plus cardio training as developed by Dr. Tabata. This class is exciting & dynamic with high metabolic drills which equals massive calorie expenditure.
